Ha ha!
It's kind of funny. I've forgotten what I wanted to write about.
My head is fuzzy again tonight. And for some reason my belly aches tonight, too. I'd love to just go in and go to sleep, but I don't want to be up at 4:00 a.m. again tomorrow. It's not even 7:30pm now.
Mel made a really good omlette with "oatruby" toast tonight. I know "oatruby" is not exactly the way it's said, but that's close enough for me. It means fiber has been added back to the flour. Maybe it's even whole wheat, although if it is, it's only partly whole wheat because it's not that dark. Which reminds me that everyone and everybody is saying you shouldn't eat wheat now cuz it's bad for your gut bacteria. Sigh. Andyway, that reminds me of what I wanted to write about tonight! Ah ha!
Food prices! I have photos that I'm posting on facebook - even started a couple little arguements or disagreements or "discussions" about what to buy here. :P I buy what we can eat and I can afford. It's for sale - I buy it if I want it. :P :P That's how I feel about that tonight.
Prices are going up at an astonishing rate. Now in the following photos the kind of cheese and sausage is the same, just different companies/cities produced it. Ditto the sausage. Different stores for the cabbage.

We eat a lot of all of these items. Mel eats the sausage, I have a very thin slice or two at most off each stick. I like it, but in VERY small quantities. He eats a lot of it - maybe a stick a week. Sometime later I'll post prices on more meats. The "hamburger" has also gone up. For tonight, tho, I'm done in. Time to go do something else and finish getting well.
